Windows 10: Help me i have Windows 11 Canary Build 27774 Windows Update stucks 67-68% takes forever

I trying to download new update because it stuck 67-68% takes forever because windows 11 canary build 27774 expires on September 2025!HELP ME!!

Windows Update suddenly hangs?

Windows Update is suddenly hanging for some reason... I went and downloaded and installed the first bunch of updates, restarted when asked, and now when I go back to windows update I just get the window with a white box forever. Reboot and it still does it. This happens to be on my main machine, running windows 7.

I've also noticed when I reboot it says configuring windows update, step 3 of 3, 47%. Maybe it somehow skipped something and is screwed forever?

My Windows 11 installation is not updating to the most recent release; it is stuck at build 22000.2538.



I've tried different troubleshooting methods, but none of them have resolved the problem. So far, I have attempted the following:

• Windows Update Troubleshooter: The update issue persists despite the troubleshooter being performed and some issues being found and fixed.
  
• SFC Scan: After running the System File Checker (sfc /scannow), a few issues were found and fixed, but the update problem persists.
  
  
  

I would be grateful of any guidance or suggestions regarding the steps I should take to deal with this issue.



I'm not sure if Ramesh Srinivasan's MPV solution able to solves my problem because my setup can be different from someone else's who is experiencing the same issue.

While updating windows 10 to build 1511 the iinstallation process is stuck at 68% (iinsalling features and drivers 85 %) for last 6 hours.
