Windows 10: help me i keep getting the error code 0x887A005 i am a videographer and i need help asap

i am stuck at a cross roads i have been using windows editing tools for some time now but as of late i have updated my pc and with his new update i dont know if a few bugs have come along with or not evry time i attempt to load a video or do work on a project i get the same error code

i have tried uninstalling the drivers i rebooting the pc abut it doesn't seem to have fixed the issue i need help pleae

• What is the Version and Build of Windows 10 installed? (Type winver
  in Windows search/Run command)
• What is the make and model of the PC?
• When you say "I am trying to download a video and I rec'd error 0x887A005" from where are you downloading the video?
• Which app/program you are using to download the videos?
• Are you aware of any changes on the PC prior to this issue?

Step 1: Disk Clean-up

Step 2: Run DISM & SFC scan
