Windows 10: Help me MS Store stops updating

My MS Store application got an update but all of it stops in the middle of the process. I leave the computer for 2 hours now but still not moving at all. I restart the PC and same image in Store. I tried to download a new app and it install successfully but the pending application with update is not moving.

This issue occurs when the Windows store services is stopped.

I would suggest you to start the Windows store services and check if it helps:

• first in search type services
• then on services window select windows store services
• Right click and press start.

If the issue persist I would suggest you to reset Windows store and check if it helps:

Follow the steps to reset Windows store:

• On the desktop screen, press Windows and R key together to open run box.
  
• Type WSReset.exe and hit Enter.

Step 1: Run built-in Windows Store app troubleshooter.

  Run the Windows Store apps troubleshooter.
  

Step 2: I suggest you to check for the latest updates

• Press Windows logo key +R, enter MS-settings: and then press
  OK. This opens Settings.
• In Settings, go to Update & security > Windows Update, and then select
  Check for updates. Install any available updates and restart your PC if required.
