Windows 10: Help me please! , my laptop keeps selecting and unselecting text

My laptop has started doing this thing where it selects than unselects text by itself and that makes it impossible to type,

I have try unplugging my mouse and it still does that so the mouse isn’t the issue,

I think it’s software related because when I reset my pc and turn it back on it doesn’t happen until a minute or so in where the selected text starts selecting and unselecting itself again, how would I fix this?

Please answer the below questions for better understanding of the issue.

1. What is the make and model of the computer?

2. What exactly do you meant by "charger just cuts out" and "my laptop is completely flat"?

3. Are you able to turn on your laptop?

4. Is the charger working?

If you are able to turn on your laptop then we strongly suggest you to un-install and re-install battery drivers from Device manager and check. Follow the steps:

• Press Windows Key + X.
• Click on Device Manager.
• Expand Batteries and right click on Batteries ACPI and click on Un-install.
• Restart the computer and check.

If the issue persist, We suggest you to visit the manufacturer's website and check whether the manufacturer has released any firmware updates for Windows 10. If so, please go ahead and install them and check with the issue.

Help Me Please With My Laptop!

please help!

i recently purchased a Toshiba Satleite Pro SPA40 Laptop and it has broken

it goes on the screen where you can choose either safe mode or start windows normally, and heads over ot the Windows xp Loading screen, but halfway through that process, the screen goes to a blue error screen message and restarts its whole process of safe mode screen again.

now i was gonna format it but, i dont know how to

please help! could anyone tell me how to formet my laptop thanks!
