Windows 10: help me pls, blackscreen after login

i have a lenovo ideapad 3 and when i turn on my laptop, i type in my password and log in and after that the screen is black only the cursor is available i tried some methods on youtube to fix it and it worked but after i use my laptop a few hours again it goes back to having black screen with a cursor. whats to seem the problem and how can i fix it?

I suggest you to follow the steps below and check if it helps.

Step 1: I suggest you to select the appropriate language in login screen at the bottom right corner and check if it helps.

Steps 2: Use On-screen keyboard in the login screen to login and check if it helps.
