Windows 10: help me reduce lag with any measure and extent. to create a smooth experience .

Please help me reduce the lag by any extreme measure or even software. I need browsing and a few softwares works for a few weeks. I am a machine learning student and i want to do basic things without lag and later i would be buying another laptop. I have a laptop with the following specification. How can i reduce the lag it comes with and create a smooth experience.Processor- AMD A9-9425 RADEON R5, 5 COMPUTE CORES 2C+3G, 3.1 GHz, 2 Cores, 2 Logical ProcessorsStorage- 1TB HDDIntegrated Graphics- AMD RadeonTM R5 GraphicsInstalled ram- 8.00 GB 7.47 GB usableSystem Type- x64-based PCInsta

We would like to know more about your lag issue:

• What browser are you using when you experience a lag?
• Does the lag occur in a particular game?

In the meantime, we suggest you run the System Maintenance troubleshooter. Here are the steps:

• Press Windows Key + X.
• Click on Control Panel.
• Select Troubleshooting.
• On the left pane, click on View All.
• Click on System Maintenance to run the troubleshooter.

What is smooth scrolling?

Smooth scrolling is a feature available in Internet Explorer that allows you to scroll through a web pages smoothly, as the name of the feature suggests. If this is turned off, when scrolling through a web page, you'll notice that the scroll
bar slides down as if it's slightly delayed, but if this is turned on, the scroll bar slides down smoothly, without delay.

This is useful when scanning through long web pages or articles.

To turn on/off smooth scrolling, see the following steps:

• Open Internet Explorer, click the gear icon, and then click
  Internet Options.
  
• Click on the Advanced tab.
• Locate Use smooth scrolling, and tick the check box if you want it turned on/off.

How to disable smooth scrolling for metro apps in Windows 10?

Hi,

I suggest you to follow the below steps to disable the smooth scrolling and check if it helps.

• Navigate to System Properties by right clicking
  Properties from my computer.
• Click on Advanced and click on
  Performance settings.
• In Visual Effects tab of Performance Options window, click
  Custom. Then deselect the following items to Disable some unnecessary eye candy:
• Uncheck Smooth-scroll list boxes.
