Hydro Thunder Hurricane on Windows 10 is not registering as the full version

I downloaded the free trial for hydro thunder hurricane on the windows store and it was great so I bought the game. When the full version finished downloading, I opened it and it still said it was the trial version. Now when I click on the get the full
game button inside the game, it brings me to the store where it says "open" where it would say "9.99". I have uninstalled and reinstalled the game multiple times but it will not work.

Hello,

I recently acquired the trial version of Hydro Thunder Hurricane on my Windows 10 PC. I liked the game, so I credited my account with a Microsoft gift card and purchased the $9.99 game from the Microsoft store. I did not open the game and click "Purchase
full version," I directly opened the store app and purchased the game from there. When I opened the game again, the full version was not unlocked. The "purchase full version" button was still there, and I could not open any of the full features. I uninstalled
the game and reinstalled it with no luck. I still have the trial version.

My billing statement from Microsoft says I successfully purchased the game. How can I access the full version? The only other action I took is that I chose to sign into the app with my Microsoft account using a local user account vs using the Microsoft user
account.

Thanks in advance. I really want to get this problem solved.
