Windows 10: help me to run windows 10 smoother!

so, i recently performed a clean install of windows 10 on my desktop. every time i open start, it opens with a laggy animation. i have good hardware specifications. but the problem is that windows 10 is not recognising the hardware. i am sure it is because i do not have drivers installed. when i open settings, its left side is of solid colour, but on other computers, it is little transparent. when i open start, i do not get that shading type of effect on mouse hover. systemwide these effects are missing and windows 10 is very laggy. these all effects existed when i had drivers installed in feb

windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx
