Windows 10: Help me to stop pop-up screen for admin privileges forever!

Hello, pls help! i have a big trouble running some programs without admin privileges, anyway, i founed a method, is to create a text document and make it for all apps using that batch code:set __COMPAT_LAYER=RunAsInvokerstart <Program name>and to be honest, it's worked for just some softwares, including steam and SHAREit, but, for some other programes it didn't worked including Java Runtime Environment and screenrec, but, sometimes, i try another solutions, but stills doesn't work, and, sometimes i try to download something from microsoft store, and, as you know, i'm using windows 7, so

Need help with Admin privileges

That's what puzzles me, I am logged-in as (my username) but still won't give me admin privileges. I checked under control panel/users amd it shows me as a local account. Tried to right click on CMD prompt but the "RUN AS ADMINISTRATOR" doesn't show up
