Windows 10: Help me to upgrade Windows 11 in Vietnam

I don't need to know what conditions the computer has to be able to upgrade to Windows 11 operating system, but computers that previously used Windows 10 even if they have been upgraded to Windows 11 are still not supported absolutely as good as computers with Windows 11 pre-installed. Did Microsoft has a website to buy a pre-installed Windows 11 computer? Are such computers already on the Vietnamese market? Second, I have read the things I need to keep in mind when upgrading to Windows 11, but should I do it now, if the upgrade time is not too long there may be risks when I upgrade to Windows

windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx

I suggest you to follow the steps below and check if it helps.

Windows 10 has a built-in troubleshooter to check and fix issues with Internet Explorer. I would suggest you to run this troubleshooter to check if the issue is with your Explorer.

Refer these steps:

• Press Windows key +X, select Control panel

• Change the view by option on the top right to Large icons
• Click on troubleshooting and click on the view all option on the left panel
• Run the Internet Explorer performance troubleshooter
