Windows 10: Help me with my account login !!!!!

I can't save any MS tools word, PP etc on one drive because my cache credentials have expired, and every time I try to log in back in it just asks me to do it again!! I've cleared all my caches, rebooted my laptop, changed my password, logged out of everything, and logged back in!!!! I'm sick of this I cannot work! PLEASE TELL ME WHAT TO DO SO I CAN HAVE FULL ACCESS AGAIN ASAP!

I suggest you to follow the steps below and check if it helps.

Step 1: I suggest you to select the appropriate language in login screen at the bottom right corner and check if it helps.

Steps 2: Use On-screen keyboard in the login screen to login and check if it helps.

Help Removing Microsoft Account login

I am not sure if you want to switch to a local account instead of your Microsoft account, or if you want to keep your Microsoft account but login automatically instead of having to type the password.

Random account appeared on login to my computer

I suggest you to try the below steps to remove the user account from your computer.

• 
  Login to your computer through administrator account.
  
• 
  Press Windows key + r and type
  netplwiz, hit Enter.
  
• 
  Select the user account, you want to remove.
  
• 
  Click on the Remove button.
