Windows 10: Help me with this update

Please someone help me with this update. It never finish and it will make my system disaster. When it reach 100 percent in settings it will freeze and my screen will also freeze. I cant press anything I need to press and hold the power button to turn off. When I turn it on back the update will turn to 0 and it will run again then it will do the same thing again.

Hi dalchina. Good news, I followed your suggestion and reinstalled the update and now it appears as "installed correctly" *Biggrin Maybe it was not necessary to run the Windows Update Troubleshooter or maybe if necessary. But using it I do not think it could have worsened something. The installation was very fast, unlike the first time it showed step 1 and step 2 completed.
