Windows 10: Help me with TPM

I accidentally wiped my hard drive completely by Bitdefender anti thief feature , I given my pc HPas my pc was in warranty to help me they said me installed fresh installed windows 10 ,after it when I collected my device found I have audio issues, after it I contacted them they said the motherboard need to replaced after it I was having no issues till I opened defender and go under TPM section I found thisEarlier arrestation & tpm storage was supported also I found that my pc was a drive with two partition , there is only one partition with added storage of both of them slightly

Need help on whether to clear TPM on not

It's clear as mud. As far as I can tell, it's specific to Windows, not necessarily activated programs like MacAfee, games, etc etc etc. MS Office, I have no idea.

TPM update

Don't know if this is the right place for this thread but whatever, laptop informed me that " a firmware update is needed for you security processor (TPM)," now, i looked up what to do and from a microsoft support thing, the last step says to clear the tpm. it has a warning saying to back up my data, i would like to know what clearing the tpm does, and what measures i need to take to make sure nothing goes wrong.

Sounds like it was using the tpm to encrypt the main drive. Certainly not the norm. Also, the fact that you could not log in suggests the computer may be illegally repackaged or stolen.
