Windows 10: Help me with Windows 10

Windows 10 laptop starts failing my Bluetooth. Sometimes it will disconnect and I cant connect it since the Bluetooth options is missing and I cant find it anywhere. I restart the services multiple times. I also tried to stop it, restart and re run it again but didnt help. I dont want this. Help me.

windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx
