    Help Minecraft windows 10 edition keeps crashing when joining servers


    I have tried 1 Reinstalling and restarting the game2 Reparing xbox, minecraft, gamebar3 And no its not my devices fault i have played for 2 years and the issue is coming up now other games still run fine

    Minecraft Windows 10 Edition crashing when joining servers

    So I just upgraded from Windows 7 Ultimate to Windows 10 Education. When I try to install Minecraft Windows 10 Edition, it installed fine. Then I created a world and it ran fine too. But whenever I try to join a server, the screen would just go black for
    a moment then it'll just crash.

    I can confirm that this is not the case, I've been able to join minecraft servers with the 10 beta edition.

    Homegroup For Minecraft Servers Or What?

    It looks as if the existing minecraft server will use the new system without modification - It needs to be able to access the computers on the network in a two way link, which is the standard for Workgroup and Homegroup

    It's not something I have any direct experience with but a quick read suggests to me that you will not need to do Much if any reconfiguration of the existing server
