Windows 10: HELP! most of my games whenever I play now only last for a while and crash on me, it says...

so I recently switched out motherboards, cpus and psus on my rig. I went from a Asus Prime z390-a motherboard, i9-9900k, and 750 watt psu to a MSI Z690, i9-13900k and 1000 watt psu I have a 3070 ti and 64 gigs of 3600 mhz ram, my rig may be overkill atm but somehow after I reset my pc 3 times now Im still having the issue with my games just freezing then closing out, the last few times it says my gpu driver was outdated but I had just updated it everytime I reset my pc. I installed a cleaner to see what was outdated and it showed a few drivers and I updated them and Im still dealing with ga

What happens?
If it crashes, run at stock speeds as suggested before and retry.

P.S.: When your system locks, does the display signal turn off after a time?
