Windows 10: Help My Bluetooth keeps connecting and disconnecting from device manager

Help my Bluetooth keep disconnecting and reconnecting device manager, the option to turn bluetooth on or off is completely missing in the settings and when I go and try to add a new one When the device says that my computer does not have bluetooth it also shows that bluetooth controller is constantly connecting and disconnecting all the time with that noise when you connect or disconnect something from your computer. If anyone can help please I would really appreciate it.

Help my Bluetooth keeps disconnecting and reconnecting kn device manager I have a ASRock z270 Killer ali/ac with a Intel core i5 processor the option to turn on or off bluetooth is complety missing in settings and when I go and try to add a new device it
says that my computer doesn't have bluetooth it also shows the bluetooth driver connecting and constantly disconnecting all the time with that noise when you plug in or unplug something from your computer its driving me crazy so I tried to reinstall windows
and it didn't help at all if someone can please help I would really appreciate it.

I suggest you to follow the steps provided below and check if it helps.

• Pair the Bluetooth device to the system.
• Right click on the Speaker icon in the System tray and select
  Playback Devices.
• Select the device and click on the drop down list next to Set default button.
• Select the option to connect and disconnect from the device.

Device Manager Un-Hiding Hidden Devices

When you connect a plug and play device, Windows Plug and Play manager detects it, finds and installs the driver. Device Manager lists the device with a solid icon.

The driver is only removed when you uninstall the device, not simply by disconnecting the device. When the device is disconnected, its driver is still installed. By default, Device Manager only displays connected devices. When you show hidden devices, note the Bluetooth icon you see is semi-transparent (not opaque). That indicates a "non-present" device. Sometimes also called a "ghost" device. The driver is still installed but the device is not currently detected (i.e. not connected).

Device can be disconnected when

• Device unplugged (e.g. removing a USB device)
• Turning a device OFF
• Disabling the device in BIOS (then windows won't detect it) or
• Device failure

So

• Check BIOS as suggested
• Check board connections
• Can b/t be turned off by a switch? or keyboard combination?

Also possible the b/t h/w failed
