  4. Help!! my computer is basically bricked...to much personal stuff to do a complete reset

    May 27 2018 - Windows 10 update bricked computer

An update that occurred this afternoon (5/27/18) on my wife's computer has completely bricked it. The computer is in an endless cycle of rebooting to the Windows logo with circles denoting loading, then it reboots. The computer cannot be Reset, Restored
nor entered into Safe Mode at this point. What (if anything) can be done to resolve this basically bricking of her computer by Windows?
