Windows 10: Help my computer is opening programs by itself and i dont know how to stop it

I built my computer almost two years ago and ive never seen this problem before.

Whenever i press for example w or esc it opens up things like onenote, microsoft.com in my browser, and other microsoft apps and its up to the point where i cannot write or use the mouse to do anything.

Im pretty sure its a windows version issue because i already did a clean boot of windows on my computer and the problem is still there so theres no way that its a virus. Please help me, ive been trying to fix this for the past 3 days and i havent been able to work it out.

It seems that most of the possible troubleshooting steps has been exhausted. For now we suggest that you change the default format of your microphone. To do this, kindly follow the steps below:

• To do this right click the Sound icon in the bottom right of your screen.
• Then select Recording.
• Double click the Microphone to open Microphone Properties.
• In Microphone Properties window go to Advanced.
• Under the Default Format choose any of the 16 bit options.
• Click Apply, then OK.

I am unable to open at least 2 programs and getting an error message ......SysRest.dll is missing from the computer

I suggest you to uninstall the program and then try installing it in compatibility mode and check if it helps.

Follow the below steps:

Step 1: Uninstall the programs.

Refer to the below steps:

• 
  Press Windows + x on the keyboard.
  
• 
  Select Programs and features.
  
• 
  Select the Win program uninstaller and IObit uninstaller
  and click on uninstall.
  

Step 2: Install the program in compatibility mode.
