Windows 10: Help My computer says Your PIN is no longer available

Help I need to use my computer but when I try to use the computer it says I cannot use due to it having Unrecognisable PIN. I tried booting up In safe mode same problem. I tried to RESET MY PC I DONT EVEN have that option. So I can not even use my and when I try to login into my account It still doesn't Recognise me. So for proof that this is my account here is the screenshot of My account. Pin no longer available.

Set up my new acer laptop running windows 10 with a pin. Shut down for the night and now it won't let me sign in Says "your pin is no longer available due to a change to the security settings on this device. But I can't actually get into the computer
to change any settings. Please help! .

To further assist you in signing in to your Windows computer, you can follow the steps provided below:

• 
  From your
  lockscreen, check if the "Sign-in option" is available.
  
• 
  Then click the option to use PIN.
  
• 
  Enter PIN.
  
  

If that didn't work, we highly suggest that you create a new account/PIN that you can use to log in to your computer.

Do you see a link for Sign In Options at the bottom of the Sign-in Screen. Choose that and select the key or password choice, use password to sign in.
