TestDisk, locked drive, can't boot

Very specific problem, wondering whether anyone here can help.

I have a Lenovo Y70 running Windows 10, 1TB combination HDD/SSD.

Yesterday I accidentally used TestDisk to make changes to the my laptop's main hard drive. (Long story short, I thought I had selected an external drive, and I hadn't.. will never make that mistake again!) I was fiddling around and immediately forgot
what changes I had made. Next time I restarted my laptop, it wouldn't boot - EFI network 0 for IPv4 and IPv6, which I gather is a result of it trying to boot from network as the hard drive won't boot.

I created a bootable USB of TestDisk and tried undoing what I thought the changes were (changing certain partitions back to EFI type), to no avail. I also tried Partition Wizard, but any changes I made seemed to have no effect on the situation. Fiddled
with BIOS settings but nothing obvious; when using boot manager to boot directly into the Hard Drive, Lenovo attempts to boot from its One Key Recovery Partition, but gives me an error and when I click "OK", it simply reboots and repeats the cycle.

Next I try running Windows 10 recovery program from USB. Won't let me complete any of the standard procedures as "the drive where Windows is installed is locked". I head to command prompt; I can browse through all of my files there - which reassures me
that they're not gone for good! I have a Google for suggestions and try

bootrec /fixmbr

bootrec /fixboot

bootrec /rebuildcd

- no luck. I then follow these instructions - (substituting c: drive for e: drive - my main Windows partition
has somehow become e: in this process - and allocating the new partition to m - but I have no luck; when concluding the command prompts nothing changes.

And I think I'm pretty much out of ideas now. Does anyone have any other suggestions?
