Windows 10: Help My Pc Auto Locks It Slef When Playimg Games

Hi, When i was playing games in my laptop after few minutes the laptop suddenly starts 'locking' with blue background window and it also says hibernating, and then goes to blank. I have to switch off the laptop then on to restart. This is happening only while plugged in the charger. Many says it might be the bad battery issue but i dont think so.My Laptop details:HP School/work pcWindows 10RAM 8GBNVIDIA Mx 330500gb SSdI7 1065G7

PC locks while gaming

I just took a look at Reliability history and.... here it goes:





Everyday there's lots of ATKEX_cmd.exe crashes and everyday gives me the "Windows was not properly shut down" error.





Some days it seems that I get that "Hardware error".





This hardware error always gives me the same Code, Parameter 1 and 2 and Product id. Parameter 3 differs from day to day.

I tried to run MemTest86 and it went without any errors. I removed a stick and tried with only one of them which I was using for like 4 years but I got the same results. The BIOS is updated to the latest version too.

Also I have these settings in my bios, it looks like the default settings tries to OC the cpu:

 

PC Build Steps

Ok just because I like steps i am going to create some steps. Please give me the stamp of approval/disapproval

• Install system in case
  • Remember to connect SSD and optical to same SATA ports on motherboard
• Turn on PC
• setup HDD
• run blend test in prime95 for 30-60 min
  • run realtemp at the same time

• While in Prime95 test
  • if CPU goes above 70c in RealTemp, I have a leaky CPU
  • if my system locks up or blue screens, there is an instability in the system somewhere
  • if my system does not lock up or blue screen, my CPU is not damaged and I am in the clear!

What do you guys think??

That's what the auto setting will do since you're over the 1333 mark it jumps to the next step which isn't listed or officially supported I assume by that ram.

At this point though I would suggest dropping the multi one step or .5 so that we can get something stable and possibly take the heat issue out of the picture for now.
