    Help, my pc runs slow after it crashed


    Help, I was playing a game when all of a sudden I get a weird crash screen. To my understanding it is a "freeze screen", and now all my games run super slow. Like my computer has just made it self worse. I'm on windows 11 and this happened once before so I factory restarted my pc, and that fixed it. But now that it has happened again I don't want to have to do that every copale of months. Please and thank you all :]Ps [I play different games so its not just that one]Ps^2 [I don't believe it is malware as I don't really download things that often and they are all trusted items, and I have scann

    I suggest you run rthdribl > http://www.daionet.gr.jp/~masa/archives/rthdribl_1_2.zip
    Increase the window size step by step and watch your vga temps permanently.
    What happens?
    If it crashes, run at stock speeds as suggested before and retry.

    P.S.: When your system locks, does the display signal turn off after a time?
    Stuttering sound or no sound at all when freezing?
    What X1800XT model do you own exactly?

    PC slow and not responding

    Hi,

    To assist you with your concern, we suggest you to run the System Maintenance Troubleshooter to check and see why your PC is running slow and unresponsive. Here are the steps:

    • Press Windows Key + X.
    • Click on Control Panel.
    • Select Troubleshooting. If you cant find the option, click View By and select Large Icons.
    • On the left pane, click on View All.
    • Click on System Maintenance to run the troubleshooter.

    I would suggest you to run System maintenance troubleshooter.

    Try the followings steps:




    • Click "Search" and type "Troubleshooting" without quotes and hit enter.

    • Select "System maintenance"

    • Click next to run the troubleshooter.
