Windows 10: Help: My pc won't download files from internet with my home wifi

Hello everyone. My windows 10 (ver 2004) desktop pc can't download files or open them in browser both with firefox and edge, only with my home wifi connection. If I connect to my phone via hotspot all works normal. My home wifi is working well with my win 10 laptop, android phone and tablet so I excluded it as a problem. for being sure I resetted the router but it's always the same. If I boot my desktop pc in safe mode with network there is no problem and I can download files and open pdfs in browser normally. I tried to switch off all the switches I could find in windows defender and the problem is still there. I don't mind doing a windows clean installation but I want to be sure that in that way I'm solving the prolem because I don't want to waste several hours resetting everything to find that I have the problem again.
I already tried to reset network configuration, to go back to version 1909, to uninstall latest updates, but those methods couldn't solve. I'm using a wifi adapter Asus N-14 to connect to wifis Thanks to all who wants to help me find the source of the problem.

Wifi list won´t show

my new aspire 5 all of a sudden stopped letting me open the wifi list, while i had the same provider it was allright but right now i have changed my provider and since i can´t see the available networks it doesn´t let me choose it.
I´ve already tried to update drivers, restart internet settings, save the new wifi mannualy to see if the computer could connect. but nothing provided results.
From what i can guess it looks like the problem is not in the connection, because i can connect in to my old wifi and also a ethernet cable but somethig is preventing the wifi list to appear.

I`ve been trying to solve this problem for 3 months to no avail.

PLEASE HELP!!!

EVERY time the computer check new updates, the following message appears:

We couldn't connect to the update service. We'll try again later, or you can check now. If it still doesn't work, make sure you're connected to the Internet.

My PC is connected to the internet, so this could not be the problem.

you`ve only directed me to a window link, which I don`T really understand.

Could ANYONE PLEASE send me a simple answer how I can solve this problem step by step???????
