Windows 10: Help my pc won’t let me log in.

My pc just got a new BIOS update, after receiving that new update I opened up my pc like normal but then when i go to put in my pin to log in it says, “Your pin is no longer available due to the security settings on this device. Click to set up your PIN Again” i clicked the “Set up my pin”. A small grey window pops ups with “microsoft account” on the top left corner and the just closes. Ive tried to open it several times and it just never loads properly and won’t let me input my password to place a new PIN. Ive tried safe mode but that didn’t work. I tried regit on command prompt trying to cha

my n97 won t charge or connect
