Windows 10: HELP my screen suddenly inlarged!!!!!

I was just on my pc, then BAM everything on my monitor enlarged. But, only on ONE monitor. I have been searching, searching, searching, searching, and SEARCHING the internet but none of the solutions work. earlier today I got this .exe app, and when you opened it it made everything bigger, but it would stop and everything would click back when you closed it. But it wasnt even opened. I've tried everything, i've checked my resolution, normal. checked my display size, normal. its not just my text because my taskbar it big too. I AM GOING INSANE SOMEONE PLEASE HELP, WHAT SHOULD I DO?!?!

I'd try re-plugging the hard drive and checking if the cable is damaged. I'd also suggest to try plugging the drive in another computer and see if it gets recognized properly there. Is it a IDE or SATA drive you're using?
If the drive is unallocated, this means that the partition has been lost after the power went down.
