Windows 10: HELP- My screen turns black after loading windows after logging in.

My screen turns black when I load into windows after logging in, my mouse is still visible, and I can still access the start menu and task bar, I can open applications, but they are not visible on screen as all that is visible is black, I can still see text pop ups when I hover over a button on a program behind the blackness, and for apps with sound when you hover over a button or click on it, I can still here it, the apps are functional, but are all being blocked by the black screen. Also, I can see the apps and my desktop when I hover over them in the task bar, but when I click on them, it r

Computer boots to windows log on,have no password here.After a minute on log on it go to a black screen,stays there forever. I can get to Task Manager from black Screen,lost on what to do next. Just want my Windows 10 back, not sure what caused this problem. Any Suggestion on what my next step should be?*Sad

So this is not a BSOD ? Have a Windows 10 disc or USB Flash Drive made ? How are you getting to task manager Ctrl.+Alt+Del ? Any cursor on screen ?

Put old hard drive with windows 7 back in computer and it booted Perfect. Put Windows 10 hard drive back in and same problem,goes to user log on OK then screen turns black. Left it on for a hour and still have black screen,but screen saver bubbles are working? Does the same thing thing in Safe Mode, think I need to roll back display driver. Don't know how to get there,I can get to task manager when on black screen. All suggestions are welcomed.
