Hi! So, recently I have run into an issue where anytime I open Microsoft Edge and search for something in Google, I get redirected to a new window in Yahoo. I noticed "syndic8" in the url. I've done a ton of research on this, reset settings, and uninstalled apps/files/documents, and it still is occurring. I cannot afford to purchase software to remove this virus, and the free one that was recommended to me didn't do anything. I've taken so many steps and spent hours of my days trying to get this gone, and I simply can't. Please help, I'm worried!Here is the URL that pops up according to my sea

This probably, strictly speaking, a Windows 10 issue but, hopefully, someone out there can help me. Somehow I seem to have acquired a Yahoo search engine that keeps appearing in my Firefox browser. Can anyone tell me a foolproof way of deleting it? I have tried all the conventional ways but the program doesn't appear in the program list, nor does it appear when I do a search on the computer (via the bottom left hand panel). Any suggestions?

How to officially get "Syndic8 Yahoo" browser results blocked or removed. Definitely not my default browser and pops up whenever it chooses. Any help would be greatly appreciated!!!!!!
