Windows 10: Help! My Windows 11 is stuck "Scanning and repairing c:"

I was just minding my own business through my laptop. Then I got a notification that said Scan and repair driversI pressed it. Then my laptop just decided to never get past "Scanning and repairing drive c:". It keeps restarting over and over, every time after that message pops up. I cannot go back to my desktop at all.I did "Memory Diagnosis". It doesn't work. I pressed Safe Mode. And that doesn't work. I need help immediately.

If the" Scanning and repairing drive (C" stuck, you may wait for some time and check if there's any progress.

If there's no progress after an overnight, we can perform a Startup/Automatic repair using the Media Creation Tool.

To get started, let's create an installation media for Windows 10 (via USB) through this
link.

Once we have the bootable USB, please follow these steps:

• Insert the installation USB and boot Windows 10 from it.
• Select Language, Time and currency format and the Keyboard or input method.
• Click Next.
• Click Repair your computer, and select Troubleshoot.
• Click Advanced option.
• Select Automatic Repair, and select operating system.

PC Stuck Scanning and Repairing Drive C: at 11%

My PC freezes up on Start Up with this message:

Scanning and Repairing Drive C: and the progress never exceeds 11%.

I tried spamming the space bar on start up to cancel the scan, but it didn't work. I've tried going through Advanced Options, but am unable to access Safe Mode because my keyboard is unresponsive when the screen with the button prompts comes up. I've also
tried using the Command Prompt with fsutil dirty query c: but it doesn't recognize the command as internal or external. I'm at a loss as to what else I can do.

Any suggestions?

NOTE: I'm putting this up under Windows 10, but the Advanced Options offers me an option to continue on to Windows 8.1, which just leads back to the locked screen previously mentioned.

 

Scanning and Repairing Drive C 100% Complete - STUCK

When my computer does a chkdsk /r, and restarts, the scan will get stuck on 100%. I've let it sit for over 16 hours and it stays stuck. If I hit the reset button, it''ll restart, the Scanning and Repairing Drive C 100% Complete momentarily comes up, but then it moves forward and boots up to my desktop. I see this is a known problem and have tried several different so called solutions I've found on the internet to no avail. Can anyone help me?
