Windows 10: HELP! My Windows 11 PC has it's sound slightly low-pitched.

It started yesterday, noticing the specific PC chimes were pitched down. I have no idea what might've caused this, hearing it in both Headphones and Speakers. And I know they weren't always like this. It's really ticking me off, and I would love a solution to this problem. Even Discord has it's sound effects low-pitched now too!

Sound slightly higher pitched than normal after freeze/error

I had a program not responding error while in Microsoft PowerPoint 2016 last Sunday. As it cleared and started responding again, the sound on the radio station playing from Winamp changed and went slightly higher pitched. I have a Dell XPS Desktop 8920 PC
(64 Bit), a 5.1 Creative sound system and have uninstalled/reinstalled sound drivers several times over the last week since it happened to try to resolve the issue. At times it isn't that noticeable, but at other times you can tell the sound is slightly higher
pitched than it was. There are no options to change the pitch manually and even a system reinstall didn't resolve the issue. Has anyone else had this kind of issue and if, so, how did you resolve it?

 

After upgrading to Windows 10 my PC is making low pitched sounds.

These sounds are not CPU beeps.

The sound comes from the audio components. Disabling audio stops the low pitch tones.

They are low pitch, like plucking a base guitar string.

Turning off the volume will quite the noise, but also quiets all other audio.

I am thinking that some program is giving an error notification but I cannot find that cause in any application error log. Again even when the Sound Scheme is set to No Sound the sound continues.

I am using Window 10 and facing problem with the sound pitch and quality . The voice is too low . How it can be resolved ?
