Windows 10: Help needed about Event ID E 1000 Task category 100

So far I have copied and translated errors from Japanese in to English I am copying below. If you know about this problem please share and oblige. This is driving me nuts, could somebody please help.

 

EVENT ID 1000

About every 90 seconds my screen blacks out for just a split second and the taskbar crashes (disappears and recovers). I have done the "sfc/scannow" and it tells me there is no violation of integrity. Someone else mentioned "IDT Audio control
panel". But I don't think I have it installed (or even have it.)

I checked the event viewer and it lists every occurrence of the problem. It labels it "Event ID: 1000", and says something about explorer.exe. Below is the information it gives me... kinda long, but if anyone could help, it would be just great!

How can I filter Windows Event logs by Task Category?

I'm using PowerShell and "Get-WinEvent | ? { $_.Id -eq X }" to filter by IDs, but I really want to look at all events by their Task Categories as seen in the Windows Event Viewer GUI application.

I have tried:

• Google for combinations of "windows event log", "task category", and "filter".
  
• SuperUser/Stack Overflow (Why is the "Task category" drop down to filter a Windows event log disabled? is the closest related question)
  
• Every MSDN page I could find related to Windows Event Logs
  
• Everyone I know who also looks at Windows Event Logs
