Windows 10: HELP NEEDED for cleaning up the C drive

Hi. I found that my C drive was being filled up very quickly recently. I'm not a computer expert, so I'm very cautious about deleting files in the C drive. I used TreeSize to scan the drive and found some very large files. Particularly, there are 6 files without name that is taking 44.7 GB see screenshot 1 and a Temp folder that is taking 75.4 GB see screenshot 2. I wonder if I can safely delete them to make more room. Here are troubleshooting steps to clean your C drive:

1-Please clean your unnecessary files like Temp, %Temp% and Prefetch files.

2- Run the disk clean up tool here are some steps:

a) Press key Win+ R and Type ' Cleanmgr' press Enter key

b) Select C drive and click on 'Clean up system files'.

c) Here you will select unnecessary files and you can clean files

3- If You have personal files in your C drive than you have to move to another drive You can also redirect some folders like Desktop, Document and Downloads to another drive so Right click on these folders, go to Properties and click on Location tab and you can set a new path on a different drive.

  Right click on C: drive.
  
• 
  Select Sharing Tab.
  
• 
  Click on Advanced Sharing.
  
• 
  Uncheck “Share this folder”.
