Windows 10: Help needed in Windows 10 2004 version.

Hello, I have Intel Xeon e5-2660 (8 core 16 threads) and 16 Gigs of RAM on my Dell Precision T3610. I have Windows 10 2004 version running. But my problem is that sometimes my PC gets stuck in normal usage and I have to hold down the power button to restart it. I had checked if there is any hardware fault or any outdated drivers but there is no such issue. Also, whenever I open Taskmanager it shows 5-6% and Ram is only 25% on average. Also, I have Windows installed on Samsung SSD 850 Pro. But, I do not know why does it get stuck. I want to know that is it a problem with the Windows or my System?

Windows 10: In the new version of Windows, Explorer has a section called Quick Access. This includes your frequent folders and recent files. Explorer defaults to opening this page when you open a new window. If you’d rather open the usual This PC, with links to your drives and library folders, follow these steps:

• Open a new Explorer window.
• Click View in the ribbon.
• Click Options.
• Under General, next to “Open File Explorer to:” choose “This PC.”
• Click OK

Having problem update to Windows 10, version 2004
