    Help Needed: No Summary Visible in Activity History Despite Setting Being Enabled


    I'm encountering an issue with the Activity History feature and I'm hoping someone here might be able to shed some light on it.I have the "Store my activity history on this device" option enabled in my Privacy settings. However, despite this setting being active, I am not able to see any summary of my recent activities.

    Prior to mid-July, only Microsoft Office and OneDrive (and limited MS things) would show up in Activity History

    Help Needed: No Summary Visible in Activity History Despite Setting Being Enabled [​IMG]

    Today, I randomly decided to login, but I noticed non-Microsoft stuff in here, which is really confusing to me (as I have disabled this nonsense...).

    It seems to just be Assassin's Creed Odyssey and The Sims 4 showing up (and Microsoft Office stuff, but nothing else). (I have booted up other Ubisoft Uplay games since mid-July, but those don't show up in here)

    How do I fix this?

    I did some searching.

    Apparently other Windows 10 PC gamers have the same issue

    Windows 10 still collecting activity history despite being disabled. : Windows10

    Why it started in July for me is a bit befuddling, maybe Microsoft fixed something but then broken it again in the 1903 update (which I did at the end of June)?

    Microsoft Privacy logging activity history despite the setting disable

    You have activity history disabled in Windows 10, so it appears those other apps using your Microsoft account is still keeping track of your activity history somehow.

    You can also disable Timeline if not already to no longer see it on this computer. It won't stop anything still collecting your activity history, and being able to see it online in the Microsoft Privacy Dashboard.
