Windows 10: Help needed with .Net 3.5 installs on Win10 1903

For the life of me, I can't get .Net 3.5 installed on any of these new computers I'm rolling out at work.

I've tried:

• installing from Control Panel/Features
• installing from DISM via elevated cmd prompt
• downloading and running the .Net 3.5 installer

Nothing consistently seems to work. These are all new computers, and I run the Update utility until they show nothing but sometimes it's till hit or miss on .Net actually getting installed.

Am I alone? What else can I try?

Install Diablo 3 on Linux

Just install PlayOnLinux? Why did they make step 2 and 3 of this "tutorial"?

Anyway, looking at the supported software list for PlayOnLinux, D3 is a step in the right direction. Lack of gaming is a factor for a lot of people when deciding on an OS, if more recent games get ported it may help migrate them to their preferred choice.

Let’s try simple troubleshooting steps and check if this helps in resolving the issue. I suggest you to uninstall and reinstall the
.NET Framework 3.5. Follow the below steps.

• 
  Press Windows key + X and select
  Control Panel.
  
• 
  Click on Programs and features, click on
  Turn Windows features on or off on the left pane.
  
• 
  Click on .NET Framework 3.5 on the Window pop up to expand.
  
• 
  Uncheck the box and check on Ok.
  
• To re-install it back check on the box and click on OK.

Also, I suggest you to install all the Windows update.
