Windows 10: Help on cursor cant clink on other windows

So recently I've had this problem on my computer where the mouse cursor still moves perfectly fine but it only seems to respond to clicks within one process/window and it's not always the same process, almost as if it's getting "locked in". The best way to describe it is to imagine a modal window where your cursor works perfectly within that modal window but you can't click on anything outside of that modal window and the cursor won't change/react to anything outside of that window, either.And if I hit Ctrl+Alt+Del to bring up that Windows menu where I can select the task manager/etc, and cl

windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx

 

cursor dissappeared

Thank you both for your prompt replies, I tried all steps listed, some I had tries previously but I still tried them again, but still no cursor.

Do you have any other suggestions?
