    HELP ON HOW TO GET A RECOVERY USB


    I have a HP Pavilion Notebook running Win 10. Has very little time on it from usage and now have an error where I need the recovery disk or USB. I cannot locate that and and have spent hours trying to find one at HP and they say no software or drivers available. It is a fairly new unit. I do have another laptop that is HP but running Win 7 and I tried to follow online instructions on creating a media installation file, etc. I also do not know how to locate the Win10 operating key as it was pre-installed. How can I locate that.

    HELP me please

    I do see several options on Amazon but not sure of that either for recovery USB.

    The error is 0xc0000225 which means that the device needs repaired. It has been working perfectly and then last night this occured when I turned it on today. It will also not allow me to start in safe mode, etc. I did a hard reset by removing battery, unplugging, pressing power key for 15 seconds to drain excess power and then tried to start it again.

    For thouse who CAN help...:I can't enter adb (device not recognized), can't flash using stock recovery (don't really know the steps and stuck at triage and dead android when in recovery),
