Windows 10: [Help] On startup, Windows 10 loads windows that were open from my last session but I DON'T...

I just switched to windows 10 a week ago after windows 7 support ran out. Whenever I boot up windows 10, it does a series of annoying things:

1. 
   It asks me fro my PIN rather than my password. I want it to ask me for my password.
   
   
2. 
   It loads up the chrome tabs I had open from yesterday. If I had youtube windows open, it starts playing all of them at once. It is fucking annoying. Keep in mind, I am not putting my computer to sleep. I am shutting it down completely.
   

Can someone please help me configure windows 10 so this bullshit stops?

Pressing “Windows+Pause Break” (it’s up there next to scroll lock) opens the “System” Window.

Windows 10: In the new version of Windows, Explorer has a section called Quick Access. This includes your frequent folders and recent files. Explorer defaults to opening this page when you open a new window. If you’d rather open the usual This PC, with links to your drives and library folders, follow these steps:

• Open a new Explorer window.
• Click View in the ribbon.
• Click Options.
• Under General, next to “Open File Explorer to:” choose “This PC.”
• Click OK

windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx
