Windows 10: Help on Windows 10

Getting many updates in my PC but its not giving option to install. It will only download up to 100 then stop and you will get the check for update again in settings. Its not getting anywhere in my system. I have Windows 10 21H1 already but these updates are still not installing

• Click Options.
• Under General, next to “Open File Explorer to:” choose “This PC.”
• Click OK

windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx
