    hi. i tried reinstalling windows on my dell inspiron 7380. i used dell’s support assist OS recovery. the reset was smooth at the beginning until i restarted my laptop, and this happened see the pic. pls help. i don’t know what to doHelp OS Recovery [​IMG]

    For thouse who CAN help...:I can't enter adb (device not recognized), can't flash using stock recovery (don't really know the steps and stuck at triage and dead android when in recovery),
