HP Laptop Boot Loop

I am encountering a boot loop problem with my HP laptop. Upon startup, it shows the HP logo and loading dots for about 11 seconds, then goes to a blank screen for approximately a minute before automatically restarting. The power button does not turn off during this cycle.

Troubleshooting Steps Taken:

• Tried hard reset and accessing BIOS/UEFI settings.
  
• Unable to boot into Safe Mode or recovery environment.

Any advice, troubleshooting steps, or insights into what might be causing this problem would be greatly appreciated.

We understand your concern as you are unable to boot the PC. In order to get clarity and to assist you accordingly, please reply with the answers to the questions below:

• What is the Windows 10 version and Build installed? (Type
  winver in Windows search/Run command)
• What is the make and model of the PC?

• 
  Are you aware of any changes on the PC prior to this issue?
  

I would suggest you to export and delete the BCD store and rebuild the BCD store. Refer the steps mentioned below:

1. Create
   a bootable media and boot the PC using the media.
2. On
   the initial setup screen, select the language and other
   preferences and click on Next. (If you don't see the setup screen, your PC might not be set up to boot from a drive. Check your PC manufacturer's website for info on how to change your PC's boot order, and then try again.)
3. Now,
   click on Repair your computer.
4. On
   the System Recovery Options screen, select Troubleshoot>
   Advanced options > Command Prompt.
5. Now
   type in the commands and hit Enter:
   
   bcdedit /export C:\BCD_Backup
   
   c:
   
   cd boot
   
   attrib bcd -s -h –r
   
   ren c:\boot\bcd bcd.old
   
   bootrec /RebuildBcd

Unable to boot into the PC: Stuck at boot loop

I understand how frustrating this can be, we will look into this for you. However, we will need few information on the issue.

• What are the troubleshooting steps that you have tried to fix the issue?
  
• Do you receives any error code or message, while the computer boots up?
  
• What is the make and model of the computer?
  
• How did this issue occurred?
  
• How did you create a recovery USB?
  

Please follow the below mentioned methods and check with the issue:

Method 1: Create a bootable USB to get into the Windows recovery options.

Method 2: Disable automatic restart after failure.

1. Connect the bootable USB to the PC and turn it on.
   
2. Set the boot order as USB and saved the changes.
   
3. Select Repair your computer.
   
4. On the Choose an option screen, select
   Troubleshoot.
   
5. Select Advance options > Startup settings.
   
6. Click on restart and then you will get a list of options.
   
7. Please select Disable automatic restart after failure
   from the list and check if you receive any error code or message.
   

Method 3: System restore or reset your PC.

Please refer the section Use installation media to restore or reset your PC from the article

Recovery options in Windows 10.

Note: Restoring the computer won’t affect your personal files, but it will remove apps, drivers, and updates installed after the restore point was made.

While performing these steps, there might be a risk of data loss. You may take a backup of the data before performing the steps.
