    Hello everyone, I've been dealing with two frustrating issues on my PC for a while now and I really hope someone here can help. Problem 1: Short freeze when opening display settings or programsWhenever I open Windows display settings or launch third-party programs like Discord or Steam, my PC freezes for 2–3 seconds before continuing normally.Important: This doesn't just happen with Discord or Steam – it also occurs with built-in Windows apps like the display settings It seems to be an issue related to the GPU receiving or processing information Here’s what I’ve already tried: Installed the

    Set specific programs to open on the 2nd Monitor

    Hi,

    As of yet, there is no specific option that allows you to set certain programs to open on a specified display monitor. Programs open on whichever display monitor is chosen as the main monitor.

    Monitor Dim and Flickers

    I have a new Dell Inspiron 3668 cpu and running it with my old Dell ST2010 I have run the windows "troubleshoot screen flickering in Windows 10" from Windows help. When I go to task Mngr. it still flickers. So, I uninstalled the display driver as suggested
    and then ran the "Check for updates". The problem still remains. Any further suggestions?? My next step is to just replace the monitor and assume Windows 10 will not run it!
