Windows 10: HELP PLEASE! At a loss for how to fix memory issues

Hello, I really hope you can help me because I'm somewhat at a loss to fix my laptop. It is usable but is running a bit slow especially to open things - once things are open it's ok until it crashes and regularly crashes.Some of the errors I'm getting:1 BSOD and memory management error2 BSOD and kernal data inpage error3 Windows Security driver has issues and needs to restart4 Windows updates failing [FIXED]5 After crashing Fixing C: DriveAlso, weirdly:6 Microsoft Office unable to start errors a reinstall usually fixes this7 Sims 4 files corruptingSome information on my laptop:- i

• Open Control Panel and type memory in the search bar.
• Click on Diagnose computer memory problems to open it.
• If you're prompted for an administrator password or confirmation, type the password or provide confirmation.

Experiencing Severe packet loss and high pings

Bump, the command spearman suggested boosted the d/l speed to 70kb/s, however it didn't fix the packet loss issue, the ping issue's still there but has much less of an effect.

Step 1: Run the Hardware and Devices troubleshooter
and check.

Hardware and Devices troubleshooter
checks for common problems and makes sure that any new device or hardware connected to your PC is installed correctly.

• Press Windows key from the keyboard, type
  Troubleshooting and select it.
• Click on view all option on the upper left corner of
  Troubleshooting window.
• Select the Hardware and Device options from the list.
  
• Click Next to run the Hardware and Device
  Troubleshooter.

Step 2: I suggest you to try the troubleshooting steps mentioned in the below Microsoft article and check if it helps.
