Windows 10: HELP Please - Black Screen After PIN Entry

Hi,

- Windows 10 Home 64-bit (OS Build 19042.906)

So, right after I input my PIN at the login/bootup screen, my screen goes instantly dark. I'm still able to move cursor and seems that I've successfully booted up since I'm able to do Ctrl+Alt+Del and restart via the power icon on the bottom-right of the blue lock screen.

After restart, all is well. However, this is happening after every start as I shut down my PC daily...so can't really ignore this and just restart all the time....

Quick Googling suggested Ctrl+Shift+Win+B to restart the GPU drivers, but this hasn't resolved anything

Anyone experienced this? Could this be a GPU issue?

I have NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2060 - Device Manager tells me: Driver Version: 27.21.14.6589 with driver date of 2021-03-25, so fairly recent...
