Windows 10: Help please installing hard drive

So, I have an Asus E402s, which had no memory on it. I think it came with none? Anyway, I thought I needed to buy a SSD hard drive and clone kit and clone the hard drive then swap it out for the hard drive inside. I did the clone but when I took the back off (as you all probably know) it was empty - there was no hard drive to remove just an empty slot. So I put in my new hard drive and hoped for the best. But then the new hard drive had partitions / things cloned from the hard drive somewhere inside it (drive C.) I deleted what I could, but I've ended up with several extra partitions and accidently turned one partition into dynamic drive. I wanted to increase not just the storage space but the speed. I can't workout how to totally wipe the new hard drive I've put in, some of the clone can't be deleted and I'm in a pickle. Can anyone help? Thank you I've you've even read this far.

Help with external hard drive

I would suggest you to plug in hard drive then check in disk management you can see the drive or not.

Follow the steps to check Drive in Disk Management.

• 
  Go to the Control Panel then click on the
  Administrative Tools. .
  
• 
  Under the Administrative Tool Click on Computer Management.
  
• 
  Click on Disk Management and check the External Hard Drive.
  

Also check in BIOS whether External Hard Drive is listed or not.

For help with the BIOS settings, refer to the computer manual or contact the manufacturer.

If it doesn’t work then, I would suggest you to update BIOS for updating BIOS contact Lenovo Support.

Problems installing new hard drive

Hello,

I suggest you to follow the steps provided below and check if it helps.

• Download and create an installation media (ISO) for Windows 10 form the link below:
  
  http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows10
  
• Disconnect the 1TB and 3TB Hard Drives and install Windows 10 on the SSD using the installation media by following the steps provided by Andre Da Costa in the link below:
  How to: Upgrade from Previous Versions of Windows Using Windows 10 ISO file
• Connect the External drives (1 & 3 TB) and check for status.
