Windows 10: Help please my windows is turning on by itself

Hello i need help so today when i came from school at 1:30 pm my computer was suddenly on.i shutted it down last night before going to bed and i even asked my parents if they tuned it on but no they didnt even went into my room.please help me i need to understand why my windows 10 turned on by itself even tho it was shutted down and not in the sleep mode

windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx
