Windows 10: HELP PLEASE "Something happened and your pin isn't available"

I did a clean boot as my windows 10 laptop was going slow. After it reset it wouldn't let me enter my PIN and says "Something happened and your pin isn't available"I don't know my password and the account is linked to an email address which I no longer have access to because it got hacked about two years ago. Besides, when I click 'reset password' it doesn't do anything anyway.Is there a way to access my computer?

Printer isn´t working after latest update.

After the latest update from Windows, my Canon Pixma ip6600 printer isnt working. In Device Manager it shows up as working properly but when I go to print it isn´t listed as an option in any programs. Troubleshoot suggests it´s a USB 2 printer on a USB
3 port and that that´s the problem but that cant be since it worked fine before the update. I´ve tried to uninstall and plug it back in but that doesn´t work either.

If this doesn't work, there are other procedures available to consider.
--- Some of them include registry changes.
--- Are you familiar with working in the registry?

BTW, have you saved your data along with a system image backup ready?

 

Pin Login not available and can't change or remove my pin

Hi Saschavan,

To help you disable your PIN login, kindly follow the steps below:

• Go to this location: Settings/Accounts/Sign-in options
• Check the PIN options and click the I forget my PIN available to click?
  
• Enter your password, it will prompt you to enter a new PIN.
• Click Cancel and your PIN should be disable upon reboot.
