Windows 10: HELP PLEASE=Stopcode: DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL What failed: iaStorAC.sys-

I have come across this bluescreen error several times in the last few days and have tried to fix with no success. i have created a link with my dump files if that will help in anyway.

I would greatly appreciate any help i can get.

I purchased a new Dell XPS 8920 PC, running Windows 10 (ver 1703) 64 bit. When I first turned it on, I received the blue screen error message below.

I worked with Dell support but after hours of troubleshooting they were not able to help.

I have installed the latest Windows updates, and reset the PC to factory reset settings. This still does not fix the problem.

I receive the error message above when I disconnected and reconnected the wifi connection, upon logon after turning on the PC, and when I open internet explorer. I run the troubleshooting of hardware and drivers but nothing is identified as a problem (I
get the message devices are working properly).

Where can I start and what steps can I take to troubleshoot this error?

• Have you tried installing the network adapter driver from the device manufacturer's support page?
• What is the current version and build number of your Windows 10 PC?

Select the Start button, type

OS Build of your PC.

BSOD - driver_irql_not_less_or_equal (l1c63x64.sys)

Sorry for the inconvenience caused by BSOD - driver_irql_not_less_or_equal (l1c63x64.sys).

Please let us know the make/model of your computer.

The L1C63x64.sys is the Atheros LAN driver and I would suggest to uninstall and reinstall the Atheros LAN driver but install the latest Atheros LAN driver by visiting the manufacture's website and avoid using any LAN driver available though Windows Update.

However the problem could also be with any VPN software and other software so make sure you have the latest version of each of these software.

If the errors continue uninstall the VPN software and check if the issue persist.
