Windows 10: Help please - System slow down after Event ID 5382 - how to find what is accessing Security...

Hi there,first post here, hoping for experienced minds to help me find a solution - thanks in advance for your time reading.I have an issue with my audio software ProTools - the GUI starts slowing down maybe even all of Windows, but most noticable in ProTools after a certain event ID is registered in Eventviewer under "Security".It is ID 5382, to do with User Account Management and Security.The returncode for the event is 1168 - whatever that means.I managed to use ProcessMonitor to somehow link this call with NgcSvc - however disabling both this service and the NgcCntnrSvc doesn't solve it

Need help accessing my security system

I found what I THINK may be a good 10-minute for doing what I want step-by-step. I'm doing fine until about minute 7 regarding port forwarding. I can access my router and can see my Kguard system but can't get it onto the "allowed" area of my router. Also, I've tried the Open port checking tool and the utility can't see the Kguard video output.

I'm going to continue working on this via other You Tube videos and whatever I can find but I'll appreciate any suggestions that you networking experts can offer.

1. Are you aware of any changes made on your PC, prior to this issue?
   
2. Is this issue specific while playing a particular game?
   
3. Which edition of Windows are you currently using?
   

A Kernel Power Event 41 can occur in the following scenarios.

Scenario 1: The computer restarts, and there is a Stop error BugcheckCode in the event data.

Scenario 2: The computer is shut down by pressing and holding the power button.

Scenario 3: The system randomly restarts and no Stop error BugcheckCode is listed, or the computer is completely unresponsive (hard hang).

I suggest you refer the article on Kernel
Power Event ID 41 and follow the steps for the scenario that is causing this error on your PC.

Additionally, you can refer the article on Windows

and check if that helps.
