Windows 10: Help please urgent WiFi won’t work on my pc

Hello please some one help quick. My wifi is connected but it will not load any application or website. Trouble shoot gives me a message saying something like “your computer appears to be correctly configured, but the device or resource (www.microsoft.com) is not responding”
I run windows 10. Idk if its something to do worh an update it made download but its been fine and im freaking out. Can someone please help i dont know how to fix computers. This only happens on my computer it does say i have imternet access.

when i put a usb on my n97 it won t charge when i put on the computer it won t say nokia pc suite or else it not reading the usb cannot work on my phone plz hel
